Returning to the Club Med team in 2021 after 15 years working externally with other international hotel brands including the Radisson Hotel Group and The Hotel Connection, Lisa has extensive experience working with travel agency and MICE networks, especially in the luxury space, perfectly aligning with Club Med’s overarching upscale strategy.
Lisa brings a wide-ranging knowledge of the Club Med business, previously working across many departments of the global company, including finance, reservations, meetings and events, and operations. Lisa even worked as part of the resort animation team (‘GO – Gentle Organiser’) for nine years across multiple worldwide Club Med resorts.

Stephanie started her Club Med journey working in our Resorts. She worked across multiple departments including – Sales & Leisure and was promoted to Events & Entertainment Manager in 2015. During her time in this position, she opened new Resorts and brought an innovative edge to the existing Event programs. In 2019, she moved back home to Sydney and took up a role in our corporate office in HR & Recruitment. Now using her experience in Resort operations and in Meetings & Events team, she can’t wait to assist travel agents in NSW to support their business.

Giovanny is originally from Colombia and has called Australia home for the past 9 years. With over 10 years of experience in the tourism industry, he began his career as a Regional Sales Manager for several renowned Mexican resorts. During the pandemic, Giovanny made the move to Tasmania, stepping outside of tourism to explore sales roles in the car and FMCG sectors.
Now back in Sydney, he is excited to be part of the Club Med family. Giovanny is thrilled to return to his passion—connecting with people, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping businesses grow. With his diverse experience, he is eager to provide outstanding service and build lasting relationships with his clients.

Adam has worked in the Hospitality and Travel industry for many years. Previously working in 5-star hotels on the Gold Coast and Sydney, in various roles including Banquet Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager. He then made a move to the travel industry starting in a retail agency in Rosebay where he progressed to Retail Manager.
Adam began his career with Club Med over 16 years ago as Sales Manager NSW/ACT and has developed strong relationships with his key travel partners. He loves meeting people and developing strong partnerships and of course, taking agents away on educationals.
Adam is well-traveled with Club Med so when you ask him a question about a resort, it is most likely from personal experience. Today, Adam leads the states of VIC and TAS.

Jill is originally from the U.K. and moved to Adelaide 13 years ago which she now very happy to call home. She always knew she wanted to pursue a career in the Travel Industry completing a BA Honors Degree in Travel Management at the University of Brighton.
After her studies she spent 6 years living and working at Sea with Princess Cruises as an onboard Sales Manager. This career took Jill to some amazing locations around the world spending seasons in Europe, Alaska, Caribbean, French Polynesia, South America & Antarctica. Jill then continued her role with Princess Cruises as BDM for SA & NT.
Jill is extremely excited to be back in travel after the Pandemic and cannot wait to get back on the road promoting Clubs Meds amazing portfolio of resorts. Having also worked as a travel agent for 6 years she is looking forward to working closely with the agents to support their business and ensure their clients have a holiday of a lifetime.
